Our use of essential oils:
We choose to use 100% pure essential oils to incorporate scent and color into our soap bars, and we provide an ingredient listing specific to each recipe. This choice is rooted in our personal preference and our belief in using ingredients sourced from plants. Essential oils are very concentrated and powerful, and while they are diluted in the soap batch, some individuals may experience sensitivities or irritation, as with any ingredient. We test all of our recipes for use on hands, body, and face, but everyone is different, and skin reacts in different ways. Please use caution when trying a new soap, and don’t use anything that causes you any discomfort. We make no claims as to the therapeutic or health benefits of any essential oil, and encourage you to do your own research should this be an area that interests you. Individuals who are pregnant, or who have a specific health concern, should consult with a physician to inform their decisions regarding the use of essential oils.

Regarding ingredients:
During storage, transport, and shipping, finished bars of one recipe may come into direct contact with bars of a different recipe.

Regarding order fulfillment, typographical errors, sales and coupons:
We reserve the right to change product prices, and to edit and/or eliminate sales, coupons, and their terms, at any time, and at our sole discretion. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any unfulfilled order and/or to limit quantities of any purchase, even after the order has been placed, if we deem such measures necessary, due to the scale of our small business. If such a situation should arise, we will contact you directly to communicate the necessary changes to your order. In such a circumstance you will have the opportunity to edit or cancel your order in its entirety at your discretion, and without penalty, should we be unable to meet your needs.
Should you wish to cancel or otherwise make changes to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible at CasrikSoapCo@gmail.com or via the form on our contact page. We will make every effort to accommodate the changes and edit the order prior to the fulfillment and shipping of the order. Orders that have been fulfilled and shipped cannot be edited.

Website purchases will be charged payment at the time of checkout. Should it be determined that a refund is necessary, in full or in part, the dollar amount of the refund will be credited back to the same credit card or payment method used at checkout for the refunded order.

Typographical errors and/or unintentional omission of information in the text of this website may occur and the information provided is not guaranteed to be complete nor correct. We strive to provide accurate information, and we will take action to correct any errors as soon as we become aware of them.
