Shipping policy:
We currently provide shipping within the United States only.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight according to the items in your order. Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided to you via email after your package has been mailed.

For inquires regarding expedited shipping, please contact us directly so that we can determine if we will be able to accommodate your schedule, and for pricing information.

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days; if there is a circumstance that will temporarily delay or increase our processing time, it will be noted at the top of the Shop page of the website.

Pickup option:
For our local neighbors in and around Lebanon County, PA, we are happy to offer a pickup option which can be selected during the checkout process during Step 2 - “Order Options.”

If you elect to arrange for a pickup of your order, we ask that you please be flexible in working together with us in arranging a time and location that is mutually convenient. Thank you so much!

Return policy:
We want you to be happy with your soap, and comfortable with your purchase.
If you find there is any problem with your order, please contact us right away via the form on our contact page or via email at CasrikSoapCo@gmail.com so that we can work to resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of our products and packaging, returns will not be placed back into stock to be re-sold. There may be specific instances when we will request product photos, or that a damaged or unsatisfactory product be physically returned to us so that we can better understand and learn from what went wrong in order to improve our practices and products in the future.
